Where we can find the error logs for Integration Service (a component of iVend, which syncs data between ERP and iVend Enterprise).
Sometimes it happens, Integration service returns an error while starting or updating it or there is no error in the Integration service but data is not syncing.
At these times, we should check logs of Integration service, which are saved under EventViewer Logs of the windows.
Below are the steps to navigate to EventViewers logs:
Open Run command >> type EventVwr >> Enter >> Event Viewer logs screen will be opened >> Go to Applications and Services Logs >> Click on CXSIntegration >> Integration Event Viewer logs will be opened.
