iVend 6.6 integrated with SAPB1 HANA
Problem Statement:
Integration was not working and its showing below message on Event Viewer Log
“System.Data.Odbc.OdbcException (0x80131937): ERROR [HY000] [SAP AG][LIBODBCHDB DLL][HDBODBC] General error;-10821 Session not connected System.Data.Odbc.OdbcConnection.HandleError(OdbcHandle hrHandle, RetCode retcode) at System.Data.Odbc.OdbcConnectionOpen..ctor(OdbcConnection outerConnection, OdbcConnectionString connectionOptions)”
Resolution/Work Around:
Issue can be resolved by installed the ODBC drivers
