Error in Integration Monitor (SAP to iVend) in version 6.6 for event type "Customer"

Issue:

Error in Integration Monitor (SAP to iVend) in version 6.6 for event type "Customer":

Integration Error:

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Incorrect syntax near '4ce29636-2569-4946-b3b4-e2e925c01389'.

Resolution: 

Below are the steps:

1) Deploy the latest Integration EXE from internal server CitiServer9 location to customer's Integration server

(default location is: "C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail\Integration").

2) Restart and update the Integration service.

3) Retry the failed record in the Integration failure monitor to sync the record.

This exercise should resolve the issue.

Make sure to take a backup of the existing file before replacing the new file.
