iVend to SAP Intgartion Error : Credit Card - CUSTOM not set neither for the warehouse nor on the Retail Tender in SBO
Environment :
Ivend 6.6
Problem statement :
iVend to SAP SAP B1 Integration Error : Credit Card - CUSTOM not set neither for the warehouse nor on the Retail Tender in SBO
Symptoms:
Sale Transactions is not integrating from ivend to SAP B1. Below error message shown in iVend to SAP integration failure monitor:
Credit Card - CUSTOM not set neither for the warehouse nor on the Retail Tender in SBO
Reason/Cause:
This problem occurred due the stuck transactions has been made through "CREDIT CARD ODESSA" tender. But presently this tender is not available in iVend and in SAP, that's why it is giving error.
Resolution/Work Around:
Change the all stuck transactions tender from "CREDIT CARD ODESSA" tender to "CUSTOM" tender (which is presently available in iVend and in SAP)
After making above mentioned changes then checked stuck Sale Transactions get integrated successfully from ivend to SAP B1
