Problem Statement:
Unable to browse Loyalty Customer portal.
Error:
While trying to browse Loyalty Customer portal system gives the below message.
Solution:
Check below points: -
1: You should have valid Loyalty Customer Portal License. Check license detail on below path:-
Login Management Console at Enterprise:
Go to: Administration >> IT Administration >> License Information. This screen will show you all the license details.
2: Make "Synchronize settings for Loyalty Customer portal" properly configured on Loyalty Setup
Login in Management Console at Enterprise.
Go to Operation Tab>> Loyalty >>> Loyalty Setup.
