Unable to Browse Loyalty Customer Portal Website.

Problem Statement: 

Unable to browse Loyalty Customer portal website after changing the Loyalty Customer Portal password.

Error: 

Below error message appearing while trying to browse loyalty customer portal.

Server Error in’/CustomerPortal’ Application.

Solution: 

If you change the Loyalty Customer Portal website password then you need to change the same password on Configuration.XML file on below path: -

1: C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail\CustomerPortal

2: In this location there is a file Configuration.XML.

3: Open this file and change the password here, check below screen shot for the reference.

NOTE: This password is a customer portal website password not a SQL password.
