Environment : 

iVend Version 6.5 Update 6 Patch 3 with SAPB1 9.2

Problem Statement : 

Customer has informed that new loyalty customer unable to register from POS and MC and showing 'Can not register loyalty customer. The total license has been exhausted. Please contact license@citixsys.com for support’.

Symptoms :

Resolution/Work Around :  

Development team analyzed this issue and found product issue. It was fixed in latest version 6.5.6. Once applied latest patches, issue will be resolved.

Recommendations /Suggestion : 

Please apply latest patches and make sure all the necessary configurations are made and done successfully for Loyalty setup.
