New loyalty customer unable to register from POS and MC and showing error message

Environment: 

iVend Version 6.5 Update 6 Patch 3 with SAP B1 9.2


Problem Statement: 

Customer has informed that new loyalty customer unable to register from POS and MC and showing 'Can not register loyalty customer. The total license has been exhausted. Please contact license@citixsys.com for support’.


Symptoms: 

Customer has informed that new loyalty customer unable to register from POS and MC and showing 'Can not register loyalty customer. The total license has been exhausted. Please contact license@citixsys.com for support’.


Resolution/Work Around:  

Development team analyzed this issue and found a product issue. It was fixed in the latest version 6.5.6. Once the latest patch is applied, the issue will be resolved.


Recommendations /Suggestion: 

Please apply the latest patch and make sure all the necessary configurations are made and done successfully for Loyalty setup.
