inventory status updated from enterprise server is failed
Environment:
iVend 6.6
Problem Statement:
We are getting an error message while click on tab "retrieve from server" under product setting
Proposed Solution:
Please follow the steps below:
i) Enable transaction server settings on enterprise
ii) Please do API Server settings under communication settings & make sure API is running.
iii) After enabling the settings & restart Management console, you will get the 'Retrieve from Server' button under inventory view of item
iv) When you click on this button you will have updated inventory as HO
