iVend 6.6 integrated with SAPB1
Problem Statement:
Transaction stucked from iVend to SAP with error message
" System.Exception DI Invalid installment percent value [INV6.InstPrcnt][line 18]"
Symptom:
NA
Resolution/Work Around: -
Suggested to check by below steps.
1. Stop the integration
2. Remove the default payment terms from retail settings and update
3. Start integration and retry the failed record.
Recommendations /Suggestion:
IF Issue persist after above steps suggest to check by remove Third party addon if customer using.
