Getting error "Gift Certificate A/C is not mapped in SBO" in integration failure monitor.
Issue:
Records are stuck in the integration failure monitor having error “Gift Certificate A/C is not mapped in SBO” as shown below:
iVend Version:
iVend Retail 6.6
Cause:
This issue occurs when “Gift certificate Income A/c” is not mapped in the Retail Setting of SAP and “Gift certificate account code” is empty in the Integration landscape.
Steps For Resolution:
1- Open the SAP > Go to the retail setting and map the “Gift certificate Income A/c” as shown below:
2- Open the SAP > Go to tools > User defined windows >CXS_Interland -Integration Landscape > check GiftCertificateAccCode is empty or not > If it’s empty then Put the value of Gift Certificate Income A/C From retail setting here as shown below:
