Integration failed records with error "Gift Certificate Income A/C not set in SBO."

Problem Statement

Failed record in Integration monitor from iVend to SAP (Source Type: Gift Certificate) with error "Gift Certificate Income A/C not set in SBO."


Root Cause

GL account has not been defined in the Gift Card income account.


Solution

Define GL account in Gift Card income account in SAP and below are the steps:


Go to SAP >> Administration >> System Initialization >>  iVend Retail >> Retail Setting Screen (iVend Add-On screen should be activated and started to see this screen) >> Define Gift Certificate Income Account.


Once defined, retry the failed records in the Integration failure monitor.
