Unit of Measure doesn't replicate or integrate to SAP B1
Environment:
iVend 6.5.6 With SAP B1 version 9.3
Problem Statement:
User has created Unit of Measure and UOM group in SAP B1 and the record doesn't replicate or integrate to iVend. It only appears in the Integration failure monitor with Error Message Shown below.
Proposed Solution:
The issue occurs when the user has created and defined new UOM and UOM groups in SAP B1
Steps/ Constraints:
1.Need to check-in SAP that all the master’s data including UOM & UOM groups are initialized to check the same.
In SAP B1>> Retail Initialization setting >> check for all the Masters it should be initialized.
2. We also checked the mapping of the OF UOM in the mapping table but were not able to find the record.
3.Update the description of the UOM created>> stop & restart the Integration service
>>Change the description again >>refresh the failed records the record will now be visible on iVend UI.
