Deactivate any units of measure in SAP, not integrate in iVend.
Environment :
iVend 6.6
Scenario:
User-assigned unit of measure group, which is composed of several units of measure in Item master.
User Query :
If the user deactivates any of units of measure in SAP, it still appears as available for sale in iVend.
Steps are below to replicate.
In SAP, you go to modules >> Inventory >> Item Master Data.
A search for the item is performed and finally, we enter the option “UoM Group”.
A window with all the UoM groups is displayed.
In the column “Active” the checkmark is removed so that the UoM is not active in SAP.
Resolution/Work Around :
If the user deactivates the Unit of Measure in "Group Definition" on SAP, then it is not integrated to the iVend.
Once you uncheck the UOM and Click on Update button then it shows the Pop-up with the message "Group definition which is having UDF Factor/Weight Factor/Alt. Qty/Alt.UOM other than 1 will not be integrated with iVend. Do you want to continue?"
