The Inventory Status Report shows an incorrect quantity in the Fulfilled Inventory if the wrong approach is followed

Problem Description:

User Error :  Means if user follow  wrong approach to create the delivery transaction from the SAP Business One screen if the sales order was created from the iVend screen.

Symptoms :

After creating sale order (1 QTy ) from iVend Side then inventory status report showing 

If you created delivery from SAP B1 then Fulfilled Qty  not reverse  in iVentory status report 

After creating sale order (1 QTy ) from iVend Side  and delivery  also done from  iVend then inventory status report showing 

After delivry transaction  from Ivend screen  iVend status report showing 

Instock Qty 4 ,fulfilledQty 0 and AvailableSaleQty =4 showing

Resolution Steps :

Please follow the correct process:

• If a Sales Order is created from Store A's warehouse, the corresponding Delivery (Fulfillment) transaction should also be processed for Store A.
• The fulfillment process should be completed through the iVend application only.
