Mismatch in Negative Inventories between Negative Inventory Report and SQLquery of Integration error
Environment:
iVend 6.6 with SAP B1 9.3 or any other version
Problem statement:
When checked the SQL queries for the Integration error "Quantity falls in Negative Inventory" and then checked the Negative Inventory Report from MC , it was noticed that both of them are showing a different Negative Inventory number
Symptoms:
Not Applicable
Resolution/Work Around:
The query that the customer is referring to shows the Integration error of "Quantity Falls into Negative Inventory" . This is an integration issue which usually occurs when there is no Inventory in the SAP.
And the Negative Inventory Report displays the list of the items along with their available quantities in store for which the stock is less than zero.
So these two are different concepts and do not share any links.
