In Replication Dashboard shows the Connected Status color as Black.

Environment :

iVend 6.6 with SAPB1


Problem Statement :

In Replication Dashboard , the status of the replication shows Black. "Connected" column , in the replication monitor turns black.

This may appear at HO /Store(s).

Resolution/Work Around :

Generally this happens when the Websocket Protocol are not enabled at the Enterprise server.

Follow below steps as possible resolution of the case:
  1. On the HO server, Click the Start button, click Control Panel, click “Programs and Features”, and then click “Turn Windows features on or off”.

  2. Expand the Option “Internet Information Services” and then “World Wide Web Services”.

  3. Expand the option “Application Development Features” and mark check on the “WebSocket Protocol” option.

  4. Click on the button “OK”.

  5. Stop the Replication Service and Start again.

Once all is done, then The signal R automatically detects which is the most appropriate protocol and then uses that to connect.
If the issue persists after all these steps, then try to restart the entire environment.
