The Integration service is getting time out while integrating the data in SAP (cloud)

Environment: 

iVend 6.6 Cloud

Problem Statement: 

The Integration service is getting time out while integrating the data in SAP (cloud)

Symptoms: 

The records were showing time out while integrating the records in SAP from iVend.

Resolution/Work Around: 

The DB optimization and Shrinking of database has been performed. In last, the database has been purged. This resolves the issue.

Recommendations/Suggestion:

It is suggested to do a periodically purging of cloud data with the cut–off date.
