While updating the integration service, you encountered the following error message:

Applied the updated Configuration Manager and created the required SAP_10 folder within the Configuration Manager directory. After these changes, the integration service was successfully updated and started.
Steps to update configuration Manager
1: Exit Configuration Manager from system tray.
2: Take backup of iVend Retail full folder from below path.
C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail
3: Then Update then replace the new configuration manager in real folder.
