Problem statement :

When two POS machines are connected to a single Enterprise database, transactions made on one POS are not visible on the other POS while performing a transaction search.

Resolution / work around :

The issue occurs when the setting "Restrict Search of Other POS Transactions" is enabled in the POS with attached Retail Profile configuration. This setting limits each POS to search only its own transactions.

Resolution Steps:


1.Navigate to the Retail Profile under Retail Configuration settings in iVend.
2.Deactivate the "Restrict Search of Other POS Transactions" option.
3.Restart the POS application.
