iVend Version 6.5.6 or iVend 6.6
Problem Statement:
Restrict the user to search the item code from the Point of Sale.

Resolution/Work Around:
Please follow the below steps to achieve the requirement.
Step1:
Move to Administration >> Retail configuration>> Retail Profile click on new button.
Step2:
Configure the session as per the requirement.
Step 3: Scroll down to Manager Override Required and restrict on Product Search.
Step 4: Move to Administration >> Human Resource>> Employee to assign the retail profile to the employee.
Step 5: Move to Administration >> Authorization>> Security User and create the login id, Assign Security Role
and user.
After assigning the security rights user restricted to search product on POS.
