Transaction server search not working
Environment:
iVend 6.6 Patch 7648.
Problem Statement:
Line items are missing from sale transaction when retrieving the transaction from HO using Transaction server search. This issue has been noticed in the mixed mode environment(Enterprise+Store-1).
A transaction is completed on store-1 and when POS user of another store (store-2) trying to retrieve the transaction using transaction server search only header of the transaction is coming successfully from store-1 (Transaction is showing in search ) but Sale Items are not visible when trying to view details of transaction.
Solution:
This is a product issue and fixed in the patch 7702 and onward.
