Optical Add-on issue: Few Products are not showing in the POS Error appears "No item To resolve"

6.6 with Optical Add-on

Problem statement:

Few products (eg Color lens) are not showing at the POS. Error message appears
"No item To resolve"

Observation:

All problematic products are not visible on the optical screen of the POS for the special orders. These items are visible for normal sales on the optical screen.
We analyzed the issue and found these items are visible at the standard iVend special order screen but not at the optical special order screen. These items were never visible on this screen. Below is the screenshot for the same:

Proposed Solution/Workaround:

Please make sure that these products have "Item Type" as Lens" (highlighted in the screen) for all these items, This "Item Type" field is available only in the Optical configured product screen in iVend. Below is the screenshot for the same:
