Problem: 

The gift Certificate item is not showing at POS.it is not visible at POS.

Cause : 

Issue Comes if not following proper steps on POS.

Resolution : 

Follow the below steps on point of sale.

1.Open the point of sale and select on item.
2.Select the transaction mode and go to gift certificate option.
3.Gift certificate information window will be open.
4.Search Gift certificate.
