Problem statement:

Need to Identify Sales Person on Every Sale Transaction

Symptoms:

Customer Wants to identify his Sale by Sale Person on every Month end.

Proposed Solution/Workaround:


As a workaround we shared a Setup with Customer.
Solution steps are below
1. Select the existing Retail Profile in HO Management Console.
2. Open Retail Profile in Edit Mode and enable “Mandatory Sales Person Per Transaction Line Item” Check Box.
3. Re-Start the POS machine then Sale Person Value will be asked on every transaction for each line item.
4. After that customer can use “Sales By Sales Person Report” to check Sales as per sales Person.
