Make the field 'State' on Loyalty Card screen Mandatory

Environment:

iVend 6.6

Problem Statement:

The client wants to make the field ‘State’ mandatory while registering new loyalty customers on the loyalty card screen. When we right-click, the ‘Make this field mandatory’ is greyed out. How can we activate this field?

Proposed Solution:

It is working as per the design. IVend doesn't allow to make the field "State" mandatory in the Loyalty Card Screen. if there is a business requirement to make this field mandatory, CXS support can check with Custom Development team for its technical feasibility because such requests come under change /service request.
