Log in alert issue while login to handhled

Problem Statement:

while login to handheld getting an issue "handheld license count exceed"


Reason for the issue:

This issue occurs if you have already occupied all the handheld license (May you already registered the handheld device )


Proposed Solution:

You can solve this issue by removing the previously registered handheld device which is no longer used.


Steps:

To remove the handheld device follow the below steps.


Go to store set-up and select "register handheld device tab "and check for the registered handheld device if it is active make it inactive and check
 the result.
