Getting error "Management Console count exceeds the MC license count" when trying to login to MC

Problem Statement

Getting error "Management Console count exceeds the MC license count" when trying to login to Management Console at store. Below is the screenshot for the same:

Version

iVend 6.2.4 with SAPB1 

Symptoms

Not able to login to MC of this store, other stores and HO are working fine, no error log in MC log file of this store.

Cause

MC instances are created more than license allowed

.

Resolution

Extra MC instance should be deleted from HO MC to resolve the issue.

Path >> HO MC >> Administration >> Retail Configuration >> Store >> Registered Management Console Button >> Check all the Stores which have more MC instances >> Select the Instance and delete 

Once extra MC instance is deleted from HO MC then wait to clear the replication from HO to problematic store, once that replication record is synced in store then issue should be resolved. User should be able to login to Store MC without any issue.
