iVend to SAP error “System.Exception: DI:234000128 - Cannot update documents awaiting approval at ReplicationSBOIntegrationWinSer.I

Environment :

iVend 6.6 with SAP Business One

Problem Statement : 

Integration Error iVend to SAP error “System.Exception: DI:234000128 - Cannot update documents awaiting approval at ReplicationSBOIntegrationWinSer.IntegrationObjects.PurchaseOrder.CreatePurchaseOrder” 

Cause:

The Purchase Order is under approval in SAP, so SAP is not allowed to integrate it. Customer tries to update the purchase order in SAP itself but in SAP screen as well it shows the same message "Cannot Update Document awaiting approval".

Resolution/Workaround :

Suggest to approve the supporting document in SAP and retrying the integration transaction.
