Unable to Update Customer master from iVend

Environment: 

Ivend 6.6  

Problem statement:

Unable to Update Customer master from iVend

Symptoms: 

While updating customer master from iVend below ivend to SAP integration error occurred:

System.Exception: DI:Journal entries linked to card  , '007274'

Reason/Cause: 

The error comes when user was trying to update a specific field of customer master from iVend which we will be not able to update by Mexico Government sap policies.

In SAPB1 have 2 fields: RFC and Business Partner Type for BP Master

SAP Policies are as follows:

When the RFC is 12 digits, then the Business Partner Type must be Company type.

When the RFC is 13 digits, then the Business Partner Type must be Private.

This is the policy of SAPB1 the Government in Mexico.

 

So when the user tried to update from ivend in the customer master that are in reverse with 12 digits for private type or with 13 digits for company type then those records will not get integrate to SAP.

Resolution/Work Around: 

Ignored the records from the ivend to SAP integration failure monitor.
