Customers requested a configuration where loyalty points should not be redeemable until a specific point value (for example, 200 points) is achieved.

To address the requirement, the “Redemption In Multiples Of” parameter available on the Loyalty Level form was identified as a viable configuration option. By setting this value to 200, the system allows redemption only when the customer’s loyalty points reach 200 or above. Redemption is not permitted for point values below the configured multiple.
