iVend API Test Error:An error has occurred while connecting to the API.Please check the logs

Environment :

 6.6 integrated with SAP B1 9.2

Problem statement :

While checking API in iVend MC, it displayed the error message  

Symptoms:

While checking API in iVend MC, it displayed the error message 

 "iVend API Test Error: An error has occurred while connecting to the API. Please check the logs for more details.."


 

Resolution/Work Around:

Suggested to check iVend API service is configured and in execution mode.If it is not working, suggested to check its log in

Windows Event Viewer --> Application & Service log--> API
