iVend API Test Call Error : iVend API health Check failed

Problem Statement

iVend API health check failed due to iVend API Test Call Error . Error Screenshot as per below

Investigation Steps

1. First Copy the API url and make complete URL as per below Screenshot 

http://MachineIP/ivendapi/ivendapi.svc/webapi/help

2. browse the above URL in browser and if there was any error to browse then it will display the complete Error.

3. As per below screenshot the error is "Access to the Path C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail\iVendAPI\Internet Information ServicesLog.xml" is Denied. 

4. Take action as per error

5. here we have provide Access to ivend API folder.
