iVend add on does not allow update List of Materials in SAP B1"Retail BOM can not be updated"

Environment 

iVend Version 6.5 Update 6, iVend 6.6 with SAPB1 9.2

Problem Statement

When a user is trying to update a List of Materials with the add-on iVend connected, It does not allow to update the BOM and displays this message: "Retail BOM can not be updated".

Symptoms

Not able to update the BOM throwing the error message.

Resolution/Work Around

User will not allow to update the Retail BOM in SAPB1 as it is integrated with iVend  

Recommendations /Suggestion

 It is always recommend to keep iVend addon running in SAPB1 . It is also suggested that don't make any changed in SAPB1-Retail BOM by stopping the iVend Addon. It may lead to data discrepancy in SAP B1 and iVend or integration failures  related to Retail BOM.
