Please define serial uniqueness in General Settings Error in Ivend to SAP Integration
Problem Statement:
Integration SAP to iVend and viceverse not processes after update patch 9351
Symptoms:
1. Integration records stuck in queue with status “Not Processed”
2. No data movement between SAP and iVend
Integration service running but transactions not processing
3. Error observed in Event Viewer logs
Replication Steps:
Root Cause:
Error identified in Event Viewer: “Please define serial uniqueness in General Settings.”
The Serial Number Uniqueness setting was not configured in SAP Business One, which is required for processing transactions involving serialized items.
Resolution:
Need to updated the required configuration at your end after comparing the settings
For reference, below are the steps followed:
- Open SAP Business One
- Navigate to: Administration → System Initialization → General Settings
- Go to the Inventory tab
- Set “Serial Number Unique by” to the required option (Items)
- Click Update to save the changes
