Integration not working from SAP to iVend

Integration not working from SAP to iVend

Version: 

iVend 6.5 Update 6 for this case (However not version specific).


Issue: 

Integration events neither appeared in Integration monitor nor updating the corresponding records in iVend at HO. However, it is working fine from iVend Enterprise to SAP.


Cause: 

Some part of Code in SBO_SP_TransactionNotification Stored procedure was commented.


Resolution: 

We found that SBO_SP_TransactionNotification Stored procedure in SAP database had commented part which was causing the issue.


Once we un-commented that code issue got resolved and Integration from SAP to iVend also started moving.
