Distribution Rule not working
Environment :
iVend 6.5.6 Patch 2021_23
Problem Description :
All the invoices and deliveries of 1 store are getting integrated to SAP without a Distribution rule.
Solution:
1) Check the new distribution rule in the SAP and found that Distribution Rule(VSANSEBA) has been created correctly.
2) Check the GL Account in the SAP and found that the distribution rule is not properly mapped.
3) Map the GL Account for the Distribution Rule. Here the Account type should be Sale which was wrong mapped as others.
Resolution/Work Around:
We have checked the GL Account in the SAP and found that the distribution rule is not properly mapped with the GL accounts and we suggest to check the settings of the GL Account and distribution rule in SAP.
