Environment :

IMatrix Version 5.9.6.0 Update 10

Problem Description :

iMatrix Item Import tool problem

Scenario :

While Uploading the file all details are correct, but they are incorrect order.

Solution:

1) First Define the order from the Define the order from define attribute from the global settings.


2)Once the desired order is defined then check the global settings before uploading the file.

3) Consider the below order which is correct one In order we have defined First 4 Characters for Design, then W,3 Characters for Product etc. and so on.

  

4) In case you need to delete any of the parent or child items then user defined attributes should be opened.

Symptoms :

Character 'W' has been defined after style but when uploaded showing in incorrect order.

Resolution/Work Around:

Once enable the global settings before upload product can be easily uploaded in order which has been defined and after enabling the user defined attribute Child and parent items can be deleted from item matrix.
