Problem Statement:

Unable to Import Bonus Buys Template on MC

Error:

Transaction/sale item/payments sheet not found in uploaded file.

Proposed Solution/Workaround:

Check the format of the required sheet.

Export and import some other files and see if the same errors continue.

This issue can be resolved by applying the latest build, extracting them and applying the zip files through Application Patches.

Steps if any:

Check if the customer had applied patch 1 and 2 but did not have the latest builds.

Provide customers with builds files and deploy them.

Later the promotions will start importing and no error is shown.

Constraints/Scenarios:

The customer is only on 6.5 update 6 and no builds have been applied.
