customer is experiencing an issue with stock transfer requests. "Product with code 0 does not exist"

iVend 6.6 7989 with SAP B1 9.3
Problem statement:
When they try to create a stock transfer request, users receive an error message-
"Product with code 0 does not exist."
Symptoms:
Users receives an error message that says "Product with code 0 does not exist" when they try to create a stock transfer request.
The stock transfer request does not create.
Cause:
The error is caused by the import adding the product XXXXXXXXX for each line that contains 0. The product with code 0 does not exist, so this causes the error.
Workaround:
The workaround is to not enter non-existent products into the import file.
Proposed Solution/Workaround:
Do not to enter non-existent products into the import file.
Recommendations /Suggestion:
The import should be updated to omit any lines that contain 0. This would prevent the error from occurring.
