Subsidiaries issue: Not able to recieve the Stock Transfer

Issue: 

Customer configured two subsidiaries. Both the subsidiaries are having separate INTRANSIT warehouse, one for each subsidiary. 

When a Stock Transfer is raised and receiving warehouse is from another subsidiary, INTRANSIT warehouse of 2nd subsidiary gets updated at iVend Enterprise only but not at the receiving store. 

Customer clicks on "Retrieve from Enterprise" then also INTRANSIT warehouse of 2nd subsidiary does not get updated due to which Stock Transfer cannot be received.
