Blank CSV file while exporting Sales Report

Environment: 

iVend 6.6

Problem statement:  

When trying to export from the Sales Report to CSV, the system producing a blank CSV file. 

Symptoms:  

The process appears to work on all other reports and also works like on Excel Export.

Steps:

1. select Sales Report
2. Fill in the parameters
3 Run the report
4. Then select-> Save-> 'Data File'.
5. Leave the default settings the CSV file generated will be blank.

Resolution/Work Around:

Sales report is exporting from Management Console to CSV format when one select "Data and Headers/Footers" or "All bands". "Data only" is not exporting anything. However, there will be no data for this report in CSV format while running Report Web Viewer.
