Void Sales report isn't showing any result.

Problem Statement

Void Sales report isn't showing any result.

 Cause

Void sales logging might not be enabled in the Retail Profile that is being used.

 Solution

Please open retail profile and look for checkbox "Log Voided Transaction". If this option is not enabled in the Retail Profile being used, then please enabled it and restart the Management console and POS. Once this option is enabled then void a sale transaction and generate the report.

To open the window, choose Administration > Retail Configuration > Retail Profile.


Please note : You will only start getting the details of voided transactions from the date you have enabled this option.
