SALES BY CUSTOMER REPORT ERROR
Environment
IVend 6.6
Symptoms
After upgrading to version 6.6 from iVend version 6.5.6, SALES BY CUSTOMER REPORT is coming blank.
Resolution/Work Around
We have checked and found that "Sales by Customer" report option has been included in the option "Sales Report" in the version 6.6. Customer need to use the "Sales Report" option to get the data for sales by customer.
*Note: - In version 6.5.6, reports related to different sales like sales by customer, sales by item, sales by cashier etc. were having different options. Now most of the sales report option have been merged under single option “Sales Report”. Below are the screenshots from iVend Retail- Reports & Dashboard User Manual both versions.
Recommendations /Suggestion
If customer still feels that "Sales by Customer" report option is required separately by the customer which brings the information as it was in version 6.5.6, then it need to be customized as per version 6.6.
