Issue with report "Item with no sales report"

Problem statement:

There is an issue with the report "item with no sales report " which is pulling the wrong data.


Proposed solution:

  • First check which item with no sales report is pulling is in suspended mode or not.

  • If the item is in suspended mode then the report will pull the data.

  • Because the suspended transaction means there is no any sale for item .So mark the suspended item as "is deleted" 

  • after that report will not pull the data.
