Any changes in retail profile is not replicating on POS

Problem Statement:

Any changes in retail profile are not replicating on POS.( we are trying to change the setting in retail profile for POS but changes are not replicating to POS ).

 

Proposed Solution:

1. Go to employee  settings in the management console and mapped the retail profile correctly in which we are making changes for POS ,for concerned users who are logging to the POS.

 

Administrator-->Human resource-->Employee.

 

2.Go to the POS setting(POS in which you want to make changes) and make sure that the retail profile is mapped correctly or not if not mapped it correctly and restart the POS.


Administrator--> Retail configuration --> POS

 

3.Go to "Enterprise" set-up  and make sure the retail profile is mapped correctly or not if not mapped it correctly and restart the POS.

 

4.Go to "Store" set-up(store which we are using for POS, in which we are making the changes ) and retail profile is mapped correctly or not if not mapped it correctly and restart the POS.

 

Note : It is expected that after making changes in Retail Profile, both iVend MC and POS application should be restarted.
