Display additional field on Customer Information on POS through POS Customization

Problem Statement

Addition of additional field on Customer Information  on POS through POS Customisation

Resolution/Work

We can follow below steps  to add field which are available on Customer Information through POS Customization.


1.    Check the associated  POS Layout through Retail Profile from Administration->Retail Configuration->Retail Profile


2.  Edit  the  POS Layout through Administration->Pos Customisation->Layouts



3..       Click on Pos Designer 




4.       Right click on any available field of Customer Information like id and click on Customised layout below Customization screen will appear



5.       Go on Layout Tree View and from Hidden Items field you can add  available field which are showing from Hidden Items to main grid by drag and drop.




6.       After that click on  new Added field and Set TextVisible True like in our case Available Points



It will show on layout like below



And POS will appear like below
