The customer wants to customize the "Customer Display" screen. Below is the screenshot for the same:

Response

 The customer may check the "Customer Display" feature, which is a licenses component. Below is the screenshot to check if the license has this component or not:

 

 

To enable the Customer Display, go to the POS screen and mark "Show Customer Display" as checked, and select the screen in the "Customer Display" section, below is the screenshot for the same:

 

 

Show Customer Display 

​Check to show Customer Display to customer on POS secondary screen.

Customer Display

Select Customer Display Layout for current POS. This field is Enable in case of "Show Customer Display" is checked to true only

Go through with >> Customer Display Layout search Screen >> Click on the Edit Button >> Customer Display Layout >> Select "Transaction Screen" option >> Edit

 

 

Setup Screen   Field Description/Activity Code Enter a code for the customer display layout. Description Enter a description for customer display layout. Idle Screen Opens Idle Screen Search view to select Idle screen design for this customer display layout. Note: This is optional Transaction Screen Opens Transaction Screen Search view to select Transaction Screen design for this customer display layout. Note: This is mandatory. Customer display layout must have atlest Transaction Screen. Feedback Screen Opens Feedback Screen Search view to select Feedback Screen design for this customer display layout. Note: This is optional Ok This button updates changes to the database and closes the screen. Cancel This button does not save any changes and closes the screen.
