User define value issue on Printing Label

Environment: 

iVend 6.6 integrated with SAPB1 9.2

Symptoms: 

User define value was not appear on label.

Problem statement:

At the time of printing Label udf value was not appear however same value was showing on other store.

Resolution/Work Around:

 We require to follow below step for Troubleshooting.

1.Open problem label through create label option and view and check datafield is appear or not for particular object.

 

2. If data field will not show then require to check data and compare data on below Tables.  

  1. CfgUserDefinedFieldValidValue 

  2. CfgUserDefinedTable 

  3. CfgUserDefinedField

  4. PrnLabelPrintField 

3. If found data missing then require to insert data accordingly.
