Multiple Receipt Printing issue

Environment:  

iVend 6.6 7989 SAP B1 10

Problem Statement: 

iVend is sending lots of receipts for single transaction until printing has to be stopped.

Symptoms: 

It was observed that for Receipt ID ‘Transaction receipt’, Transaction receipt was selected in the column 'Follow Up Receipt' as per below path

Administrator --> Receipt Print Format --> Transaction Receipt --> Click on Edit --> Remove Transaction Receipt from column 'Follow Up Receipt'

It seems that column 'Follow Up Receipt' was not used appropriately and having same receipt as main Receipt ID and which caused the transaction receipt to print in a Loop several times.


Resolution/Work Around:  

We removed the Transaction receipt from the column 'Follow Up Receipt' and issue got resolved.

Recommendations /Suggestion: 

'Follow Up Receipt' option is used to print different type of receipt after the main receipt is printed or it is kept blank.

For Example: if we want to print the GC (gift certificate) along with Transaction receipt then GC can be added in the 'Follow Up Receipt'
